La misión de Wings for LIFE es construir y fortalecer relaciones familiares saludables y habilidades para la vida individual a través de programas de "mejores prácticas" que producen comportamientos positivos respetando la dignidad de aquellos a quienes servimos en el condado de Chaves, Nuevo México.
Wings for LIFE ayuda a niños y adultos a dirigir sus vidas brindándoles un entorno seguro y acogedor, enseñándoles las habilidades que necesitan para tomar decisiones positivas y aprovechar sus talentos especiales como miembros viables de la comunidad.

The Wings for L.I.F.E., Community Parenting Program is one of the few court-approved parenting classes available in Roswell, New Mexico. In our parenting program, we focus o on providing families with a supportive and encouraging environment to help them acquire new skills, knowledge, and attitudes about parenting. The Program consists of 15 weekly lessons. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate of completion. Our program is open enrollment year-round, and absolutely FREE. Classes are conducted via Zoom during the pandemic.
Wings for LIFE es el primer programa en Roswell, Nuevo México, en utilizar 40 Development Assets® de Search Institute dirigidos a los niños de la escuela primaria como grupo principal. Search Institute es conocido internacionalmente por su trabajo en el desarrollo positivo de la juventud. Recientemente, Search Institute ha combinado sus bien investigados 40 elementos fundamentales del desarrollo con las cinco competencias de Habilidades de aprendizaje social y emocional (SEL).
El programa Why Try-Resilience ofrece habilidades de aprendizaje social y emocional que ayudan a los jóvenes a lograr oportunidades, libertad y respeto por sí mismos mediante intervenciones educativas que motivan y crean un cambio positivo. El programa aborda la pregunta: "¿Por qué intentarlo en la vida?"
