Wings for L.I.F.E. provides life-skill training, substance abuse education, relapse prevention, cognitive behavior therapy, (recovery management), health education, social responsibility, and parenting skills to help adults make the right choices in their lives and build healthy relationships with their families and the community. Wings for L.I.F.E. teaches those incarcerated how to access valuable resources in the community that provide job training, housing, legal services, and education. Individuals are encouraged to use their time well so when discharged they can use the skills and tools needed to make changes to enable them to successfully reintegrate back into the community.
